St. Louis, MO – April 4th, 2024 – Introducing the latest innovations in warewash technology, the Pinnacle and Pinnacle Pro warewash dispensers from DEMA Engineering Company. These state-of-the-art dispensers are engineered to revolutionize the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial dishwashing. Designed with precision, aesthetics, versatility, and connectivity in mind, the Pinnacle series stands out in the market, offering unparalleled functionality and a straightforward installation process. Whether you are looking to upgrade your existing setup or seeking a reliable solution for your new kitchen, the Pinnacle and Pinnacle Pro are tailored to meet the diverse needs of modern commercial kitchens.
When it comes to precision, the Pinnacle utilizes a conductivity probe that measures and records the concentration of detergent, ensuring an accurate mix every time. The auto switchover feature can be enabled to automatically engage probeless operation to achieve a user-defined concentration if the probe is dirty or damaged. The unit also features optional sensors for wash and rinse temperatures. These sensors log the wash and rinse temperature for easy verification, but they also trigger an alarm if the temperature drops below a user-adjustable set point.
The Pinnacle and Pinnacle Pro are highly compact, efficiently utilizing their small size with a durable shell. Available in various pump configurations, they offer different pumping rates depending on the model. Additionally, the Pinnacle can be programmed to dispense as little as a few milliliters, providing precise control when triggered to pump. To simplify stocking backup parts while also making these new dispensers cost-effective for existing programs, the Pinnacle Pro pumps use the same squeeze tubes as the Titan and other DEMA dispensers, while the Pinnacle pumps share replacement parts with the DEMA Nitro. The Pinnacle units also utilize quick change pumps that enable quick squeeze tube replacements without using any tools. To add to the versatility of this unit, DEMA offers models that accommodate liquid or dry detergent. The system is easily connected to a Viking Detergent Bowl for dry detergent applications.
The Pinnacle and Pinnacle Pro units are highly durable, featuring an IP-54 rating for water spray protection. The tongue-and-groove gasket design and cable seal glands protect the electronics from water exposure, making them well-suited for kitchen environments. The electronic features within the Pinnacle units add many useful features that further enhance the product offering. An out-of-product alarm measures the electrical conductivity (EC) of the solution to determine when the reservoir of product needs to be replaced. There’s also a timer-based “dirty water” alarm that provides users with a helpful reminder that it’s time to replace the water in the machine based on an interval. The dirty water alarm can be hooked up to an external audible or visual alarm to further ensure it doesn’t go unnoticed.
The connectivity facilitated by the DEMA SmartTech App provides an easy way to program the dispenser, save and share programs, create, and share reports, and view real-time dashboards. The real-time dashboards include rack counts, dispenser settings, wash, and rinse temperatures, as well as alarms, trigger status, and pump activity. There are a variety of reports that can be exported that range from performance to troubleshooting. There is a USB port for pulling reports and software upgrades. The DEMA SmartTech app features currently utilize Bluetooth, but the Pinnacle units are designed to be compatible with DEMA’s IOT equipment which will be released later.
The Pinnacle’s simple installation procedure has been shaped by DEMA’s extensive experience in warewash equipment and has been streamlined to help optimize the installer’s time while still providing a high-quality installation. The system conveniently arrives with a prewired cable with leads for power, earth ground, and trigger signals. The included mounting bracket comes attached to the unit and is easily removed from the unit with a Phillips screwdriver for the installation. The screws and anchors required for installation are included with the dispenser, alongside a convenient bubble level that’s integrated into the mounting bracket. Once the bracket is secured to the mounting surface, the Pinnacle easily slides into place and securely latches into position. The pumps, as well as the solenoid option, have push-on fittings to make installation quick and easy. The wash and rinse triggers can be hooked up to signals that go up to 480 VAC. If there’s not a rinse trigger signal available, a magnetic field sensor can be purchased separately to sense when a motor turns on, which will act as a trigger signal for the rinse pump or rinse solenoid valve.
In summary, DEMA Engineering’s Pinnacle and Pinnacle Pro warewash dispensers offer industry-leading connectivity, durability, versatility, and efficiency. Designed to seamlessly integrate with commercial dishwashers, these units provide precise dispensing and advanced monitoring features, all within a compact, robust enclosure. With easy installation and future-proof capabilities, including Bluetooth-enabled reporting via the DEMA SmartTech App, the Pinnacle series is the optimal choice for those seeking to elevate their warewash operations.
