Your Role as a Quality Technician
As part of our Quality Assurance team, you’ll help ensure that every product that leaves our floor meets or exceeds expectations.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Performing manual and automated inspections and measurements (incoming, in-process, and final)
- Measuring products with calipers, comparators, and additional quality inspection gauges
- Documenting inspection results and participating in process audits
- Assisting in the creation of work instructions and training coworkers on measurement tools
- Perform process and product audits to ensure products meet specified requirements
- Participating in continuous improvement and product quality planning
What You Bring
- Associate’s degree or 1–3 years in quality or manufacturing
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specs, and use measurement tools
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Associate degree or technical training preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; MRP/ERP systems and ISO standards a plus
