The SuperBowl electronics bowl is a battery or plugin operated solid and powder chemical dispenser for pot and pan, silver soak, or laundry applications. The circuit board has a programmable run time of 1 second to 10 minutes, built-in 2, 5, and 10-minute lockouts (or no lockout) and a mid-cycle shutoff.  It can be operated manually or automatically from a machine signal.

DEMA’s 5800 V is the basic solid and powder product bowl for multiple applications.  It includes a wall mounting kit, bulkhead fitting for dish machine use, DEMA’s plastic siphon breaker and compression fittings.  A brass siphon breaker is also available (5800V.B).

The 5800V.BV manual bowl uses a 1/4 turn ball valve to control water flow and dispense chemical into a kitchen sink or other reservoir. A needle valve controls chemical concentration by adjusting water flow. All the water flow is directed through a vacuum breaker to meet plumbing codes and is available with plastic or brass siphon breakers.

The 5800V.RB.4 is a solid and powder product bowl specifically designed to deliver rinse chemical products to commercial dish machines.  The system includes a 24VDC solenoid valve that will automatically deliver chemicals when used with the DEMA Titan, Nitro, Nitro Express, and Nitro Plus ware wash dispensers.  It comes complete with an installation kit for easy setup.”
