Blend Safe II for Multiple Products
Blend Safe II has dedicated fill ports for bottle fill or bucket fill. Dial-A-Blend units are bottle or bucket fill and have a selector for up to 4 products or dilutions. The flow rate for each port is either low flow, 1 gpm (4L / min.) for bottle filling or high flow, 4 gpm (15 L / min.) for bucket filling. Bottle filling is activated with a positive ON/OFF push button and bucket filling has an optional LOCK ON fill feature. Units are available with DEMA Action Gap or air gap backflow preventers.
Dilution at Hand Extreme for Multiple Products
Dilution at Hand Extreme for multiple products at low flow, 1gpm (4L / min.) bottle filling or high flow, 4 gpm (15 L / min.) bucket filling. Bottle filling can be activated with 1 hand for greater flexibility and an optional remote activation for filling buckets or scrubbers is also available. Units are available with DEMA Action Gap or air gap back flow preventers and with multiple configurations of locking enclosures.

MPD is a multi-product, multi-dilution dispenser designed for use with SafeLink closed loop bottle inserts. It’s designed for simple, fast, and safe changeover from one product to the next. Chemical connects and disconnects to the SafeLink Quick Dock in one fast step. Push the bottle in and it will automatically engage with the dispenser. SafeLink MPD comes with a dilution selector for in dispenser chemical metering or a non-dial system for in bottle chemical metering. When done filling, the chemical is easy to remove and SafeLink inserts make sure the end user is not exposed to concentrated chemicals.
