Aric Deutsch has been promoted to Customer Service Manager
St. Louis, MO – April 14th, 2022 – We are excited to announce the promotion of Aric Deutsch to Customer Service Manager. In this role, Aric will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of DEMA’s world class Customer Service department.
Aric joined the Customer Service team in October of 2013 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Missouri. He quickly established himself as a trusted authority in Customer Service, assuming additional responsibilities including customer technical support, forecasting initiatives, and management of DEMA’s inside sales programs.
Over the last two years, he has played a key role in supporting our customer’s needs through the Covid-19 pandemic related supply chain challenges. His understanding of our products and customers businesses will be a tremendous asset as he undertakes his new role with the company.
