DEMA will help you take that next step to grow your business by developing your proprietary system.
Customer-Centric Approach
We make it easy for you. How do we do this? We listen, listen, and listen. We listen to understand your wants and needs in a dispensing system or fluid control product. Features, benefits, aesthetics, labeling requirements, installation requirements, and packaging are unique to your business and can help you stand out from your competition. We’ll ask questions, present ideas, and incorporate your feedback until you are 100% satisfied with a concept. That’s when our team of engineers goes to work to make the best product for your company.
Systematic Development Process
We use a 120-step, new product development process to ensure that no stone is left unturned. Our approach requires the use of tools such as Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), multiple design reviews, and numerous hours of laboratory and field testing. Our manufacturing, quality, operations, and procurement teams ensure that dispensers and fluid control products are developed for manufacturing consistency, cost efficiency, and the highest quality.
Engineering Team
Our engineering staff consists of mechanical, electrical, computer, and aerospace engineers with over 170 years of industry experience. Each person in our engineering group must obtain a minimum of 16 hours of professional development each year. This team designs the products, and spends numerous hours in our lab, testing the products themselves. Our engineers frequently spend time in the field to fully understand the needs of our customers.
Development Tools
We use the most advanced Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to develop our products. In addition to CAD, we utilize Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to optimize fluid flow through our products. We also perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) that improves the robustness of our products. These tools not only allow us to make the best designs for you, but they also reduce the time to market.
Laboratory
Our lab is state of the art. We have the most advanced testing equipment in the industry. We have the capability to perform extremely precise testing to ensure that your customers have the proper solutions for their needs. Our capabilities include burst testing to 10,000 psi, water hammer testing, automated cycle testing, high-temperature testing, and much more. We also have in-house prototyping capabilities, including 3D printing and automation manufacturing, allowing us to have the required equipment for life cycle testing. All of this enables us to thoroughly vet out our designs to provide peace of mind to you and long product life.
